Our Society is sad to share the news with you that Society stalwart Adam Houston passed away yesterday (13th April 2022). He was a great ambassador for our Society, making many trips home over the years and in later life always ensured he kept in touch with us and the greater Selkirk community. A life very well lived with excellent stories to share every time he caught up with us, he was approaching his 101st birthday and despite lockdown and corona virus he was quite the celebrity when he turned 100.

Our thoughts are with his daughter Marie and indeed all of his family and friends. We have shared some photos of some special times, RiP Adam.
